The term & the subject of Acceptance Lag was inspired by an old friend @John Poon. Was involved in many “firsts” with John, from the early development stages of NEWater almost 20 years ago to crafting a transformative vision for water & wastewater in Bengaluru to solving water problems using machine-learning techniques. We’ve ran into our fair share of Acceptance Lag.
