We work in project teams frequently. And if we expand just a little on the definition of “projects”, our lives really revolve around projects A LOT.
What a shame it is that the busyness of this projects life often prevents us from being curious about issues & ideas that matter, and more importantly provide the possibility of elevating the very things we are busy with.
Practically speaking, we could set aside a few non-negotiable hours each week to dig into items of curiosity. But I prefer the concept of setting side a resilient portion of our headspace that is always available for such things.
