Tuck Wai Lee
Founder & CEO
Tuck Wai created Upconverge to develop a Systems Leadership Practice to help practitioners navigate the biggest challenges in infrastructure delivery and solutions development. He partners with organizations, consultants, contractors, startups, accelerators, incubators and governmental agencies navigate the complex challenges in the industry and unlock their collective potential to deliver their visions.
Tuck Wai is also a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
Yeo Liu Yen
Senior Consultant
Liu Yen has over 15 years of experience in construction contracts management and has gained different perspectives having worked with EPCM contractors, consultants and clients. Through these engagements in projects in the pharmaceutical, chemical, oil & gas, and hospitality industries, she has developed a keen interest into how to streamline processes and enhance performance through the value chain.

Priska Grace
Senior Consultant
Priska is an experienced consultant with a wide range of experience formulating strategies and solutions in sustainability, climate change adaptation and water infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. Most recently she has worked on sustainability reporting and climate disclosures, including materiality assessment, stakeholder engagement and climate change scenario analysis.

Er. Tan Ngo Chiaw
Water Sector Infrastructure
Er. NC Tan, credentialed as a Professional Engineer in Singapore, was the former Regional Manager and Managing Director at CH2M Hill (now Jacobs) with over 30 years involvement in all aspects of water infrastructure projects, ranging from directorship roles in the Deep Tunnel Sewerage System (DTSS), Changi Water Reclamation Plant, NEWater factories, Seawater Desalination plants, ABC Waters, and NEWater infrastructure pipelines and sewer rehabilitation. He has been honored with numerous awards, from Distinguished Outstanding Engineer (DTSS and and ABC Waters), the President Design Award for his work on ABC Waters and received the PUB Water Mark in 2018. He served as the Vice President of the Singapore Water Association, a member of the National University of Singapore (NUS) Civil and Environmental Engineering Department Consultative Committee, and a Corporate Member of both the Association for Consulting Engineers, Singapore and Malaysia Water Association.
Er. Tan Seng Chuan
Sustainable Development
Er. Tan is a Certfied Sustainability Reporting Specialist and is a Professional Engineer (Civil) and Chartered Engineer (Environment & Water). He has professional experience ranging from environmental engineering and project management in the area of Oil & Gas, Water and Wastewater, Energy & Power, Chemical and Petrochemical, Building and Construction, Industrial Plant, Mass Rapid Transit, Climate Change and other infrastructure projects around the region. Er. Tan has served as the President of the Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES), President of the Federation of Engineering Institutions of Asia and the Pacific (FEIAP) and Vice President of World Federation of Engineering Organisation (WFEO). Er. Tan is currently the Managing Director and Board Chairman of Tembusu Asia Consulting.

ONG DA WEI MATTHIAS
Climate Resilience Strategy
Matthias Ong is CDP’s Head of Corporate Engagement for the Southeast Asia and Oceania region, where he works with thousands of corporations and their supply chains, spurring them on towards greater environmental action. Prior to CDP, Matthias was the Asia Pacific Climate Lead of Moody’s Corporation, in-charge of rolling out climate data, platforms and integrated products across all sectors and organisations. Before Moody’s, Matthias had helmed a Charity in Singapore alleviating poverty in children and youth, spearheaded the development of national level frameworks, plans and projects as a Government climate policymaker and technical specialist in Singapore, as well as having strong stints in consulting and finance with one of the world’s top environmental consultancies (CH2M, now Jacobs) and airline companies (Singapore Airlines). Matthias has sat on various climate expert panels and working groups, and is an avid volunteer, advisor and mentor through involvements with Jane Goodall Institute and the Asia Institute of Mentoring. In 2023, he was also appointed to the Departmental Consultative Committee in the College of Design and Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

Nimesh Modak
Technologies and Startups
Mr. Modak has over 12 years of international experience in the water industry, focusing on startups and accelerators in innovative water tech, serving as startup advisor for over 50 Imagine H2O portfolio companies and led the organization's global partnership program development. He has spent time in water tech commercialization, public-private partnerships, corporate sustainability, nonprofit fundraising, government relations and economic development. He also serves on the advisory board of Burnt Island Ventures, an early-stage water venture fund. Nimesh holds a MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a MPA from Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Nimesh is currently the Managing Director for Imagine H2O Asia.
