In recent times, I’ve had more meetings than before where the intent was to have an open discussion on possibilities for building partnerships.
Since I’ve never been much of a sales person, I’ve only had alternative approaches to make the connection & build the trust needed for such partnerships. Sharing insights and being useful to the cause have been my go-to approach, but I realize that’s not the most common stance.
